true. but 30 str wont help much. if you are a pure str type, better use hator because 5% of your total p.a would give a bigger p.attack increment.
afterall, its a try-n-error. try equipping both, and see which one gives a better result.

its quite easy to differentiate between timed '365 days' and permanent '365 days'. just look in the item description, if theres something saying like 'remaining item usage time 17 days' or whatever it sounds, yeah it is timed and the remaining time will keep decreasing. while as for the other one, although it has 365 days next to its name, if no countdown timer shows then its permanent. theres alot of stuffs like that in the market like the wolftail wig etc

those tactics are only used when someone pissed me off with foiling, big talk and hiding
EDIT: owh and i use those in duel tournaments. *no one would call you noob in competitions wont they? :D

just wanna share my tactics:
beating up a mage with blizzard/sleep: use sleep. very fast casting speed. advantage to SM, SM's sleep time is longer than a mage's which hits lvl 20.mage wont be able to touch you, unless one of your lock chain fails.
beating up a foiler: *assuming enemy dont have beholder.hide as soon as the duel countdown starts; which is before the foiler starts to foil you.and when the opponent hides too, its your chance. he wont be able to detect you without beholder. but you got non target aoe, sword storm. as soon as the person got hit, quickly aim him and BOOM. *thats the tricky part, its not that easy to quicly click on the target.

no, philo and HC philo is exactly the same option. noddys is saying about the situation when you are trying to philo both of em using a normal philo stone. hator will have the chance to get higher stat.
btw, not many chooses TCS over hator. because the 5% p.a is too valuable. plus, i would like to add, that sometimes, 2 hator with STR philo do gives higher p.attack instead of 2 hator with HC philo on both. still studying on that. its a complicated math, really <_<
