hmmm. maybe your password has capital letters.

example:

~site: password: PasswoRd123

~in-game: password: password123

problem is completed. I was able to open my id on the web, thanks for the help. :)

I change the password with caps lock button, I completely forgot. -_____-"

that would be big problem... once password changed is Fail, it will make 2 logic for ID/ Accounts System

1.) actually your Password is the 1st Password and not changed yet

this happening if you use your 1st password to Game and worked

2.) the worse: the password already changed and more than once,

it means even you trying changed it with new password, as long as you're not remember your Last Password

the change Password will still Fails again and again

that's my problem was long ago... try to use another web browser to change password on CelestiaLuna web :)

Why my ID cannot open in web? but can open in game? I change my ID password but after that I can not log on the web, but I can log in the game with a password that was my last change, I've tried the old password to log in the web but still can not. please help.
