Use an image hosting service like photobucket or imgur or postimg.. Upload there, and post the image url here..
And please don't use someone's pic and claimed it as yours.. It's like the first stage of an identity theft, and I (and we) can easily track it by using a service that Google provides.. We know some of us did and are doing that here.. (I did that too before anyway, so I know if anyone would do that)..
Anyway, forget about that.. This is the internet.. I'm just like being a scumbag today..

The IRC is kinda deserted for some moments as people are usually afk there..
For a simple question your best bet is to ask here on the forum..
(For a very quick and a very simple question (and to avoid creating same topics), ask it on the forum game section..) :P
For a complex question like restoring ID, banned, forgot password, etc. go for the IRC..

I have seen a lot of kelly's and I always see her name on the online list, so, I'll nominate her for the 2014 spammer of the year award..
(In my opinion, spammer on this forum (I repeat, on this forum) is defined as the one who posts the most, either with helpful posts or junk posts. And It was even like a race, some of us and one (or more) of the staff did that, to be the spammer king/queen (Until Martin (and now RainbowDash) took all the lead with admin powaah).. So, be happy with that title here!) (Sorry for the brackets, I like brackets)
EDIT : I think I remember you ashketchum, after seeing your B-Rabbit title and then looking at your name histroy.. :)

I believe they moved servers to the western coast of the US, I think I read that somewhere.
But yeah, 10 DDs a day, they reset at midnight, like everyone else said.

Correct me If I'm wrong,
DD resets every 24 hours on 0000 Canadian time, with maximum 10 DDs per day..
As for advices, let's wait for the others.. I'm not wise enough to give you any in game advices because I almost forgot everything about it..

It is because we're playing with humans.. Each of us is unique and we can't expect everyone to think like we think.. Some of us doesn't even care when the staffs are online but probably some of us will be having a blast for such a Hi from one of the staffs..

And since it's a big job to do, anyone who is willing to start the wiki should ask for a permission from the admins (or at least let them know) to prevent some miscommunication e.g. two celestia luna online wikis..

Try to contact them via IRC for a fast answer about your problem.
You can skip the nickname registering part, I think.
And if you are bothered for downloading an IRC client you can check the web for an IRC web-based client.

It's still a blur to me about you problems but I hope it doesn't as worse as I think.. So I'll say it in a general way..
As a realist person,
hmmm..
When you think you're hopeless and you can't do anything about yourself somehow you must force your thoughts to reject that idea and think there is hope.. Sounds cliche but somehow when everyone suddenly disappears and you are on your own you can't help but to cheers yourself up.. if you feel better about yourself good thinks will eventualy come and every wounds will patch themselves up.. what you (and everyone else) need is patience..
