they are not available in game

the black widow mage is indeed permanent, and heroes of luna has no set effect, but most pieces of it have + stats, but not much stats

there are some bugs that are being looked into in concern to party buffs (beholder/orpheus/auras/etc.)

it doesnt always arrive immediately, just wait for a few days, and sometimes up to a week

User is banned, since there is no reason we cannot tell how long you are supposed to be banned or what offence caused you to be banned, which means you wont be unbanned

yes, it is perfectly legal to dual client and use your own character for a solo DD

i believe black widow mage only gives 10% hp/mp/movespeed, and u only need the body part for it (could be wrong on that) and you can only have one item in the backpiece slot, whether thats a cloak or a costume piece is up to you

Theres still a good spot to level at for mantis, ive used it and it works great

I know for a fact that crit dmg is increased by dex, my destroyer full dex hits harder on crit than when full str, but my non-crits are lower dmg with dex

wait for a while, they dont always show up right away, some people have said it even takes a week for them (though it is usually much faster than that)

people may have changed their ip adress to match yours, and there are also some cases that i know of where a small area get the same ip (which doesnt make sense to me)

belt of wisdom actually slows down cast speed, which =bad, but the +25% magic crit rate is great (though for GM cast speed is important, make the choice!)

also in panzer when i tried it there were skills that didnt work, period. when using them all you got was a normal attack

did you check your stats before and after wearing these two sets? the 5% m attack, 19 eva, and -88 speed ALL WORK, but the effect DOES NOT LIGHT UP>>lighting up and taking effect are two different things...

this means someone has voted on your IP adress, doesnt neccesarily have to be one your account, if other people use the same internet connection/computer to vote, it means u cant =/

dual clienting and making one character die is a great way to get fast XP, as long as the character that lives can make it through solo

Ive always found Blizzard to be a little bit strange, since the skill animation shows you being at the center, but your target is really where the center of the AoE is, so it mainly a bug in the animation

attack speed does work for skills
