As for your Matk, it wasn’t nerfed, the numbers were just off. That was changed during the last patch.

The website is case sensitive when you log in, the game is not. If you can log into the game, then you have the information to log into the website.
 
Also, we do have an account recovery system now, however, recoveries have been put on hold due to a heavy workload on our upcoming update.
 

The sniper skills haven't been fixed yet. The active skills themselves work, but the class is weaker than other classes and the debuffs on the skills don't work. Musket training also doesn't work.

AGI is Dexterity (DEX) which affects your strike, evasion, critical rate, and critical damage. You can increase your DEX directly each time you level up and also by upgrading your equipment (reinforcements, philos, etc.).
Accuracy and Strike are the same thing and they affect your ability to be able to land hits on other players and monsters. Strike can be increased by adding points to your DEX and/or STR, although it will have a greater increase through DEX, and also by upgrading your equipment.
Temper Master does get the Magic Arrow skill and, like Arch Ranger, it's max level is 5.

As of right now, account recovery has an increased waiting time due to a heavy workload for our next update. My suggestion would be to start a new account and rack up some gold, hunt for items you can sell, try some new classes, etc. while you are waiting for your main account to be returned to you.

Offering DD leveling services is legal. Other players offer leveling services in Nera Harbor all the time for some gold, so it's basically the same concept, so long as you are in control of your account and the other player is in control of theirs.
Just beware that running a "DD for gold" service may attract the attention of scammers.

You can google "luna online skill calculator" and you will find a few skill calculators, but keep in mind that they may not be 100% accurate with this server.

You need to have 10 posts before you can create a report. This is to prevent any spam and fake reports in the Character Report section.

Job passives will be enabled in future updates. As of right now, they do not work.

The question has been answered as many times at it has been asked, but there will never be a definitive answer. It all depends on your equipment, stats, level, class, etc.PA, like str, will raise your critical damage and ,again, depends on multiple factors. The same goes for your next question.
Generally, if you have high str already, it's a good idea to get some PA. If you're a dex or vit character, str is better. It's a good idea to use a mix of both and, personally, that's what I do.
