    The minimum posts you need to post in "Character Report" is 10. You can't post your report in forums and you have to make sure you use the correct format or you'll be denied.

    Did you warn them: Yes/No
    If yes, did they stop: Yes/No
    Proof: [screenshots]

     

    Be sure to READ THE RULE LIST: Rule List to see what needs warnings or not and what to report about. (if its RMT, show your name or you're denied.)

    i thinks it's the same, ur crit chance is lower than ur damage also will be lower, right?

     

    here's from rurippe's paladin guide about block,

     

    5. Notes
     

    • Shield Block works on PvE and PvP. Block doesn't works for CRIT Hit. But Block can reduce ur opponent Crit Chance.

    If your payment failed your money will held for a couple days then It will return to your bank account. You should contact your bank company and talk you them so they can refunds or tell you what wrong with it

    for the staff, i have a problem with my premium point, i topped up 3 times for today, the first and second was success, but the third time, i dont get my premium point, okay i'm waiting for it, but when i saw the status of my payment it's said that i didn't pay for the third time. here's the proof what they replied to me:
