If you wanted an answer asap, you should have just used the search function on the top right corner of the forum as this has been asked numerous times before.

 

We do not recover accounts at the moment. You'll have to wait till the recovery system is implemented. Until then, you'll have to restart again.

 

Also, for obvious reasons, just by remembering character name, class and level will not get your account back even if we did allow account recovery.
