Oh good I just receive a reply from payment and they gave me the code.

Go to the donations panel and press the help button on the top right and see if it shows that transaction and its status, you may then send a message to payment asking what is stopping the process.
I did but it has been 1 day without reply now, Further more my friends have also the same problem which they dint get the reply for the donation code after donating through mobile. I am from Malaysia. This is the screenshot for the prove that i have donated and my money is deducted without getting reply for the donation code

Hi...I have a problem logging in to my account i dont know why...I was disconnected by the server and then i try to reconnect and they dont let me in it says " Request the other user to disconnect " i was shock when i see this...I HAVE NO OTHER OWNER ...My account was hacked?? Please tell me what to do..

You cant recover game password , If it is the forum password that you forgot you can recover it by pressing the ( "I forgot My password ) button to recover your password through email.
