[338Mb Full Client?]

one last question when the beta comes out will there be wipes?

is the 338mb the full client? because i have some problems regarding my display

1.) graphics quality is quite low
2.)screen size options are limited im currently using the 1028x768 in window mode and i cant see my skill bar (my resu is 1366x768)

 

in game the "hide costume" isnt working for me
