[The Server Is Off-Error]

Help please

 

I was able to log in and get on char selection page but every time I try to click on "connect to  game" that's the time I'm getting the error. 2 of my char's getting same error but other chars works fine..

 

char: albatress30 and Alakbar

2 of chars cant log in to the game. Im already in char selection page but cant select any channel

 

getting error- The server is off
