    This guide will lead you through the two best job paths for a Necromancer and provide several solid endgame builds for PvP. Please note that you MUST be human to follow this carrier and a restat (and often reskill) are necessary at the end............!

    ~Section 1A: The Road to Damnation~

    Note: Until you reach Necromancer, add all your stats to INT

    Lv 1 - 19 ~ Mage:

    Lv 5 Holy Strike

    Lv 1 Intelligence

    Lv 1 Wisdom

    Lv 5 Spell Barrier

    SPs Remaining at Lv 20: 38

    Rundown:

    Holy Strike is your primary attack for a long time. Intelligence and Wisdom are your trademark Mage buffs and add 10 to their respective stat. Spell Barrier decreases the chance that your spell will be "resisted."

    Lv 20 - 39 ~ Wizard:

    Lv 2 Curse Weakness

    Lv 10 Bloodstream

    Lv 2 Intelligence

    Lv 10 Spell Barrier

    Lv 2 Wizardry

    Lv 5 Spell Craft

    SPs Remaining at Lv 40: 151

    Rundown:

    Curse Weakness is a great debuff that lowers movement speed and reduces all stats by 20. Bloodstream grants you an infinite supply of MP and saves you a ton of money on MP pots. Intelligence ups INT +20 and Spell Barrier decreases the chance of your spells being resisted. Lastly, Wizardry and Spell Craft up your magic attack.

    Lv 40 - 74 ~ Priest:

    Lv 10 Holy Strike

    Lv 5 Divine Sword

    Lv 5 Fast Heal

    Lv 5 Great Heal (optional)

    Lv 4 Wisdom

    Lv 3 Shield

    Lv 3 Mind Barrier

    Lv 1 Shrewd Spell

    Lv 2 Bless Wind

    Lv 10 Enhanced HP

    Lv 1 Lace

    SPs Remaining at Lv 75: 419

    Rundown:

    Holy Strike Lv 10 is needed to get Divine Sword, which is your primary attack. Fast Heal and Great Heal make Bloodstream a free supply of MP and help keep your squishy self alive. Wisdom is the support mage trademark buff adding 40 WIS. Shield and Mind Barrier add to defense and magic defense respectively. Shrewd Spell decreases magic casting time while Bless Wind increases movement speed. Holy Barrier grants temporary invincibility. Enhanced HP increases your max HP and HP regen making you a little less squishy. Lace Increases you HP regen while sapping your MP.

    Note:You can choose whether Fast Heal or Great Heal its up to you...!

    Lv 75 - 104 ~ Inquirer:

    Lv 20 Holy Uppercut

    Lv 20 Holy Justice

    Rundown:

    Holy Uppercut is your new primary attack and rather spammable. Holy Justice is a fast casting very high damage skill with a moderate cooldown. Tranquility and Cripple are area debuffs, and the main reason you're going Inquirer. Intellegence and Wisdom are trademark mage buffs that up their respective stat by 50. Fortunate Magic ups your magic crit chance, very usefull. Bless Vital increases your max HP and Light Armor Expertise allows you to wear light armor and ups your defense. Enhanced HP ups your max HP and HP regen, less squishyness good. Wizardry, Spell Craft, Witchcraft and Concentration all up your magic attack. Twinkle Magic ups your magic crit chance, must get. Vital Control ups your HP regen and Armor Link adds further to defense. Lace increases your HP regen while sapping your MP, not essential but might be worthwhile for the low SP cost.

    ~Section 1B: Necromancer Builds~

    Summary:

    With every last AoE and Mattack boosting buff/passive under your belt Yes, Wind Spike is there purely so I could make that statement xD, you will truly be a force to be reckoned with. You will still be rather squishy so you'll have to rely heavily on others for protection, but you'll make up for it with your high damage output. Possibly the best build for a necromancer to level with, and decent at guild wars with the proper group strategy. Cookies to whoever gets the title reference.

    Summary:

    The ultimate tank among all mages, your job is to disable all who dare come near you. With every skill adding to survivability and almost every debuff that severely slow and stop your enemies, you shall be a terror on the battlefield. This build is completely tailored to guild wars ONLY. You are now a disabler/survivalist, NOT a damage dealer, and as such it will be near impossible to level with this build.

    Lord of Polluted Fire (DoT/Survival Specialist):

    NOTE: restat and add all your points into VIT

    Lv 25 Burning Fire

    Lv 20 Fire Blast

    Lv 10 Divine Judgment

    Lv 10 Divine Curse

    Lv 25 Envenom

    Lv 25 Venom Cloud

    Lv 5 Corpse Explosion

    Summary:

    The jester mage, you'll tickle people straight to death. Angelic Breath and Tranquility will put people to sleep for 28-30 seconds, giving you plenty of time to cycle through several attacks stacking many different DoTs onto them. You have enough survivability to hold your own for a bit, so you'll do good at both guild wars and duels. It would be pretty difficult to level with this build, but if you enjoy messing with people this is the one for you.

    ~Section 2A: The Corrupt Clergyman~

    Note: Until you reach Necromancer, add all your stats to INT

    Lv 1 - 19 ~ Mage:

    Lv 5 Holy Strike

    Lv 1 Intelligence

    Lv 1 Wisdom

    Lv 1 Bless Heart

    Lv 5 Spell Barrier

    SPs Remaining at Lv 20: 37

    Rundown:

    Holy Strike is your primary attack for a long time. Intelligence and Wisdom are your trademark Mage buffs and add 10 to their respective stat. Bless Heart is the only remaining buff, increasing HP regen slightly. Spell Barrier decreases the chance that your spell will be "resisted."

    Lv 20 - 39 ~ Wizard:

    Lv 5 Envenom

    Lv 2 Curse Weakness

    Lv 10 Bloodstream

    Lv 2 Intelligence

    Lv 10 Spell Barrier

    Lv 2 Wizardry

    Rundown:

    Envenom is mostly just a Ghunting and PvP skill, sadly most useful skill later on that wizards learn. Curse Weakness is a great debuff that lowers movement speed and reduces all stats by 20.     Rundown:

    Holy Spike and Holy Uppercut are your primary attacks and deal massive damage. Intelligence and Wisdom are trademark mage buffs adding 30 to their respective stats. Fortunate Magic increases your mag crit chance. Bless Mind increases MP regen, Bless Vital increases max HP and Bless Heart increases HP regen. LAE allows you to wear light armor and increases physical defense while Magic Barrier increases magic defense. Enhanced HP is a passive that increases your max HP and HP regen. Twinkle Magic is another skill to increase magical crit chance. Vital Control increases HP regen further and Armor Link adds even more to defense. Lace is a toggleable buff that increases HP regen in exchange for sapping MP, only good for PvP.

    Lv 75 - 105 ~ Bishop:

    Rundown:

    Holy Strike is needed for your new nuke, Divine Sword. Great Heal and Divine Heal are your HP restoring skills, you'll never need a HP pot again with these. Transfer Mana allows you to give MP to other party members while Mana Blast restores their MP over time. Orpheus's Poem is a party INT buff. Wisdom, Might, Shield, Mind Barrier, Bless Wind, Bless Mind and Bless Heart are your standard buffs for every occasion. Shrewd Spell decreases cast time by 35%. Holy Barrier is your invincibility buff, lasting for 9.6s at this level. Magic Barrier increases magic defense (and wastes your leftover SP). Beholder lets you see all stealthed rogues, a must for PvP. Lace increases HP regen while sapping MP, only good for PvP.

    The ultimate all purpose tool. You have all the great buffs from Bishop that everyone loves and multiple powerful AoEs (as well as every Mattack boosting ability). You will be very popular for partying, and still decent at PvP. Only downside is your squishyness, but at least you have a 9.6s holy barrier to save yourself with.

    Summary:

    The death dealer, both slow and painful. Your holy barrier gives you enough time to put in a curse weakness, divine curse and venom cloud, making any opponent without ranged attacks a sitting duck. Afterward you can cycle through your DoTs until holy barrier is usable again. You have enough survivability to hold your own for a bit, so you'll do good at both guild wars and duels. It would be pretty difficult to level with this build, but if you enjoy messing with people this is the one for you..
