yes its true or if u wan to check, put lvl 1 then recon (exit client) if it didnt take any effect, then you know the drill..

awww, i already check that i put lv 1, yeah u'r right , it not effect in dual dagger

but my friend told me , he is magnus he axe type (1H) but he can take the effect and the p.atk is increase? so its not only sword?
