btw , for a simple answer for yr question, go for
mage>cleric>sorcerer>priest> any job at 5th tier
cardinal for upgrade buffer, high lvl healing skill also a beauty aoe skill damager
soul arbiter for a critical magical caster with more to malee attack
grand master for the greatest damager
rune master for they just make for support ppl only

btw a greatest healer job is cardinal
INT or magic attact is affect to heal point
fast heal the ideal healing skill for per person
divine heal also a best healing in case u dunt want spam heal
for GW purpose , group heal is awsome bcouse i manage to heal my party war 3000 hp per 2 second
