If a GM makes an event for you, they'd have to make events for everyone's birthday, to make it fair. And not only is that time consuming, but also defeats the value of PD items as more goes out to people.

Around 89 hours if it's -10 an hour haha... no pain no gain
The PKing char MUST be on for the points to decrease, there's no other way

Leave your char afk in a map that has monsters, points go down by 5 every 30 mins.
If you have a lot of PK points, it's gonna take a while... Good luck

Like I said, something along those lines, I was sleepy, didn't pay much attention :mellow: but skill and hacks were mentioned. Anyways, everyone just has to manage without those skills for now

Last night (EST time), it had been clarified by a staff member in game that these are NOT bugs; the skills on items have been disabled due to skill hacking, something along those lines. Until it gets fixed, then they will be enabled again.
