Hi^^ ive been hunting for kierraboss for 2 days now but i cant find her anywhere, i've been looking orund the hill with the skery tree, but i cant find her:/

dose anyone know how to find here? or if only GM can make her spawn, then plz meake her spawn much^^ plz, sense i so much want to get the staff from here^^.
