For full support RM go wizard > sorcerer > bishop > rune master which includes heals AND buffs but according to your preference you can simply just upgrade buffs

If it really annoys you, you can always block your whispers. Just go to options, (Press "o" or "esc" on your keyboard or simply click the bottom right icon) go to the second tab labeled chat and tick the first box that says "Friend whispers only". Then click apply and OK and you're all set.

At your level, I suggest Chill Breeze since Angelic Breath is only ever great when maxed.
