    Well as we know, most of the Cardinals (especially rich ones) are using the Permanent Bachelor Hat. But hmm shall we say, for the low class ones (like me :unsure: ), what is nice to use for the Costume Head Parts:

     

    The so-like-a magician's hat (don't know the stats)

    or

     

    The Skelly Hat (Int + 15, etc...)

     

     

     

    -Which is better to use with the two?
