lots of problem when downloading and repatching come from our firewall and AntiVirus(AV). failed to get update while repatching happened when they blocked Luna while doing it. this what to do : - turn off/disable firewall and AV when u download, install CL and Patching. - when it done, put ur CL to ur AV exception.

put luna to avast exception : auto sand box

have u reinstall your OS (operating system) ur Windows ? if yes ... that means Problem come from ur hardware.

Blue screen happen when (usually, still it could be more than this) : - system crash > broken OS system. > Reinstall OS - broken RAM > Buy new one - Broken Mainboard > Buy new one

usually this cause by : - broken OS system > reinstall ur OS, if u use windows, then reinstall it. - Run out memory (RAM problem). > manage ur system of which program should run, more program run means more memory usage, also manage ur virtual memory, incase of run out physical memory our system will seek if there is any virtual memory left. - VGA problems > in some cases our VGA just can stand to run some game. either it doesnt get to the minimal system to run game or its just to old. - check ur directX > did it suit ur VGA, some vga need directx 9, so we cant pust it to use directx 10 or 11. i hope this would help. why dont u try to search in solved or answered section in forum, might be u find answer there for ur problem.

yes they will come, but i think this will minimize them, cause they have to level up 1st. and they will get ban again. will they do that over n over again ? btw its not just GM to supervise it, its our concern to as we want to make a good community in CL. make report for any rule breakers we see. newbie will not find it that difficult, they still can shout in map. and price to level up to 75 or 80 isnt cost that high. they only do this once anyway. and they have to cause they can vote after reach that level, more gold will come.

well atleast it will slow down em, cause they have to lvl up 1st, then what for they lvl up ? to get ban over n over again ? i think they will get bored doing that. and for newcomer, thats why i suggest open shop for limit lvl at 75, its not that hard for 'em :)

I agree with this. I think CL should think about this, it also can reduce a fake seller since they have to level up their char to open shop. well you could make it limit to level 75 i guess until they can open shop.

as long as you do this method of voting : 1 ID for 1 IP = 1x Vote / 12 hours, then i dont see any reason for GM to ban your ID as a multi voter. actually, me myself have more than 200GP. i use it only when i need something from itemshop. the point is if we dont break any rule, there's nothing to worry about. :)

oooh ... that means either ur RAM, DirectX or VGA is not enough to play CL :) that could be un update driver or problem from the hardware.
