Hello GM, may I ask ya somethin'?? Guess I'll ask anyway :) I'm a newbie CL, and I've been wondering bout somethin'.. My question is "can I upgrade the cash shop items??" For example, I buy Vestige Of Weathering, as you know it was a necklace and glove, can I upgrade/reinforce 'em?? It is legal or illegal?? coz I don't want to be banned...
