no only the armor and shoe, because the glove needs lvl 82 i am still 81

I'm a lvl 81 inquirer and i have lvl 10 or 11 Light Armor Epxertise but why when i wear my depraved monk set, there a reading saying that the defence does not apply and the picture of the equipments turns to red? PLEASE HELP!!!
