(This is my opinion only)
I think dex and vit stats are the stats you need (PVP and PVE) BUT
When it comes to only PVP, i think it doesnt matter of the stats you have, why?
in a clean duel (without sleep, barrier and the annoying skill: Casting Foil) you should win if you have these 2 things (even if the enemy has a high pdef or evasion)
1. Stun, why? a stunlock is always perfect for duels, i'm assuming that you're a rogue, have these skills:
1.a. HUMAN = Shield Boomerang + Rage Step (for good stunning and paralysis in pvp)
1.b. ELF = Shield Boomerang + Illusion Attack (Stunlock, dont use consecutively, stun may not work)
2. DPS(damage per second) again why? DPS is constant and doesnt change even if you have 999999 pdef so yeah you need to have Hunter Smoke and Hunter Blast
But when you're out there going to have war, i suggest you have vit stats for enduring some killing blow or str to kill them all before they go near you thats all :)
don't use illution atk. cast so slow 1,6s if i not wrong and for entraper have low precentase stun and low damage.

ive seen magicians tank bosses and pirates. Many times ._.
you can make mage have more than 8000 p.def (full buff)
and have 20000hp (fullbuff)

tbelt str is worth 1.5b nowadays 9eva philo is max
i never find 9 eva in 1 line.

in my opinion, there is really no better class.. it's just the way how you handle your character and also depends on your items.. well, it's just my opinion anyways.. :lol:

1) whick is better? SB vs RI?
2) hey that rappid attack and rappid movement does not work at all?.
im gonna have to resset again..
im entraper .. only got low level rappid attack and rappid movement but still those points are important..
1. SB if enemy in long range
RI if enemy in short range
(all is better if you understand workings both skills)
more often use it and find out the data that skill, you can make that be your strongest attacks and killing machine
2. rapid movement still works
rapid attak is normal hit not in cast spell skills

12 eva philo on hator is that hard to get?...
what is the max eva philo on items?
what is kod? and how much?
what ds-WM-ds dex?
1 line max is 8 eva, but if luck may you can get 5 line @8 eva
kod is 70gp (king of darkness)
DS-WM is dragon master weapon master
DS-dex(i forgot name) but have much dex in stats

Rouges have passive called "Rapid Attack" it adds like 10% Attack Speed. But I think its not working -___- Not even an improvement on may Shiel boom casting time
that wroks but normal hit not skills cast time.
ever use berseker skills? try use that and read writen on buff. after that use and hit some think (like bamboo in alker harbour). you got rapid in hit but cast speed still same.
any body know Lazy panda gloves? i'm not sure but if use that i got sugestion have rapid casting. maybe only sugestion or maybe bug. idk...
maybe try and give me your opinion.

ive been using shield boomerang and sometimes i can hit first against RI (when im running around)
becouse RI have short range, so RI late in cast if range not match.
Sheild bumerang and RI and SB can mis if you run go away from range although have high strike.
you might experience it when on GW.

farouk have Magic Casting Speed +15%. i am not sure but if work in rogue/fighter cast,that can cut cast time...
i ever duel with some ppl have short cast speed.. i'm not sure they use that, or maybe just couse me lag.

all item min have 12 eva in philo except item can't philo. belt maybe Eros/DS-WM/DS-dex
reinfoce eva only boot
kod use amulet philo(agi/crit rate)
use miror dual force
if have high eva (400++) enchant +7 is not bad except dual dager must have 12min enchant.
all depend how much you have gold and luck.

yeah.. im entraper too.. for entraper shield boom is my fastest attack? is there other skills of entraper faster than shield boom?
and ive dueled this some fighter... im now sure what skill he used on my.. but his skills realy is 5x faster than my shield..
his attack looks like ay spear of light.. and its long range...
it was like this.. 3, 2, 1, BANG!!! thats how fast hes attack was...
next thing i know is im dead..
rune impact cast speed 1,2 sekonds 79% stun (and range atk 7m if not wrong)
shield bumerang cast speed 1,6 sekonds 91% stun (and range atk 8m if not wrong but on game write -10m)

how bout dex type entraper with str philo?
i don't know. i never try... no problem if you try build stats like that, becouse reset stats only 40 gp.

from human better in damage...
(maybe stats str, philo eva becouse predator reduce p.def but vit not bad becouse you must be have 10k++hp)
from elf better in buff critical rate...
(i am stats str, philo vit, have 1500crit rate)
for all patch stats is STR (if from philo you can choose Str/Eva or strike/vit)

but I'm hard to come near you, Because you know what strengths of your.
my chance to win of you is verry little on gw.
in pvp with you, my chances may be better than at the time of Gw. because there are limiting distance.

Rogue, - , Rune Walker, Entrapter (you can choose job 40 free becosue on 105 will have same all skills for dagger)
human patch = Rogue, ruffian(arcer more buff but not have skills aoe dager), assassin, Entrapter
but if from human better = Rogue, ruffian(arcer more buff but not have skills aoe dager), , TH, Bt (but not use dual)
all depend of you
