In Case you missed it the First time- Punishment of Players Celestia Games Staff do NOT have to supply a reason as to why you were punished. You may also be punished for ANY reason if a staff member feels it's in the best interests of the server. In the case of a permanent ban, GM's may also ban any of your other accounts, and any future accounts you might make. You do not own anything in the game, Not even your own Character. The GM's Reserve the right to Ban Anyone and Everyone if they so Wish. And your Also in Violation of the Rules Below-The Red one's your in Violation of! Forum Behavior There has been an alarming ammount of forum abuse so let's make this perfectly clear. The following is STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Asking to be Unbanned - 5 Days ADDED to your Ban Asking why you were banned in a topic - 5 Days ADDED to your Ban Posting in the wrong forum - Increased Warn Filing false reports - Permanent Ban Having large signatures (Anything larger than 500 x 300) - Spoiler Tags Inappropriate signatures - Increased Warn + Removed Signature Speedbumping (Bumping a topic within 24 hours of your last post) - Increased Warn Multi-Posting (Posting more than once in a row) - Increased Warn Necro-Posting (Posting in an old topic without a good reason) - Increased Warn And Remember: Use the correct format for reports etc Upload all images to a public webhost (photobucket, etc) If you look under the name of each forum, there is a description of what's acceptable to post there. Punishments are a deterrant, they are there for the main purpose of keeping players following the rules. A deterrant only works if it is constant. That is, each and every case is the same. As such, the ONLY circumstance in which you will be unbanned is when the GM who banned you has made a mistake. Aside from that, no player will EVER have their punishment removed or reduced. Understand, we have zero-tolerance for rule breakers. This set of rules and regulations is your first, last, and only warning. !! SO BE WARNED !! If you are genuinely not sure why you were banned and don't think you've broken any of these rules, send a Private Message to a GM. <---Read the Rules! If the GM did make a Mistake I would hope that He or She gives you the Appropriate 10 day Ban for your Failure to Follow some Simple Rules! I'm Talking about someone who is Readily Available! Like When Brandon is Gone Somewhere someone else could step in and handle the problem a little more Quickly instead of having to wait for 6-12 hours. If Reid is Available then why did it take 12 hours the last time when All the maps went down? Good Question huh? And Yes I Realize that Problems are going to Occur and sometimes we are going to have to wait a while. Just trying to Put out a Suggestion that might be able to speed up the Process. :)

Well if your going to Buff with a Cardinal then Either path will do you fine. Since your going to buff lvl 5 Shrewd spell too haha. I mean really are we going to argue over 1% pdef and a little more HP? Both Paths are Awesome Necro Paths!

Well for Starters Don't KS each other. :) Secondly if you have Screenshots to back it up then Report it. Otherwise you don't have anything you can do.

Well for Guild Wars a GM Really isn't that good. It's slow Cast times and low hp Really put it at a Disadvantage for a Full out War Situation. Lightning Stun,Thunder Break,Blizzard, and Chilling Death are decent casting time skills, and you can 1hit with some of the skills, Considering most people aren't buffed to the Gills during a Guild War. But your still going to suffer from very low HP. Now Pvp is a Whole different story!

No Shield Training only works if your using a Shield! Not too sure about 1h training. :)

Well I have a Suggestion for Brandon. It would help All of us out if you could find someone that could reset the server while your at work or unavailable. We understand that you have a life and aren't always available. It could be a Good Friend or a Family member or something. When the Maps go down or any other Problem where the server needs to be reset. It would make things a little smoother and you wouldn't have to drop what your doing to reset it yourself. Thanks. :) Lol i misspelled Things! Haha!

Well the Damage yeah and the fact that it's hard to stun lock with just rune impact! And 80% chance really isn't that great for a Stun! Check this out for A Magical Tank.---> Now you'll Realize why I gave up the Int Magnus!

Yeah it was good at Tanking at Nera Harbor and ok at Graveyard. But I like a Tank that's good for Pvp. The Skills just don't do enough damage for Pvp.

Yes I have tried Dual Wield Sword and I didn't find it Better than Dual wield Ax. Yes you get more Strike and a little more Patck.. A little Helpful but not Great! I have pretty decent Crit on My Dual Wield Magnus so I guess I just like to get the Crit Hits Against my Opponents. :) You can However have Very good Damage with Dual Swords so it really depends on your playing style and what you want to use. :)

Um Sorry Ornitier But i don't think so lol. misterdonut2 asked where he can buy Private Donation Items. And Nera Castle chan 3 or 1 would be your best bet to find some of the Private Donation items for sale. I'm pretty sure that you still can't do a Private Donation yet. At least until Sparkx is back. :)

Yes go for a BoW if your a Soul Arbiter. You Crit hit around 90% of the time!

Well Sad to Say Antoni I Scrapped the Magnus Int. Kind of an Epic Fail for Pvp. And I already have a Magnus Tank, and a Dual Wield Magnus so another Magnus just didn't seem like a Great idea to keep it. :) And I wish you well on your Dual Wield Magnus Tank Irish.:) I hope you do well with it.

My Stat is Vit on My Soul Arbiter but i put my Int to 75 and put the rest on Vit. :) It is Pretty high Matck for Mostly Full Vit :) Great Damage!! The Soul Arbiter is my Second Favorite. The Necro is My Favorite. Especially with the Devil's Armor Working. :)
