okay, well I did that, now all I need to know is why I cannot connect, I mean when I try to connect I get the screen behind the connector.

so if I try to re-install the game I should be able to play the game? I mean because when I try to connect to the game ( and my connection is perfectly fine) the game window won't pop up, I haven't played this game before, and I don't have a character. What do I do?
