  1. Stone curse is supposed to work as a sort of stun, disabling your opponent from moving and casting skills for a set time period, however item skills are not working at the moment.

  2. Duels have no rules unless it is for a PVP Event. However for fixed wars, No foil is usually amongst one of those rules which both guilds agree upon before starting the war. Also, the cast times on Shield Boomerang and Fearful Blow are not nearly as extreme as you describe them to be.

    Shield boomerang has a cast time of around 1.6 seconds, while Fearful blow has a cast time of 2.5 seconds.

    If you want to use Foil in a duel, use it. No one is stopping you, people may complain but the skill is in the game to be used.

    If you want to use foil in a war, participate in open wars which have no set rules.

  3. I prefer the Crit Slime because of the movement speed, crit rate, and accuracy bonus.

    Cloak of Kingdom Knights adds the following bonuses: 11 Strike, 138 Movement Speed, 5 MP Recovery, 4 Strength, and 7 Intelligence.
    King of Darkness adds the following bonuses: Evasion +5, Black Lion King Skill Level +1 (30% Movement Speed Passive)

    Keen Assassin Amulet can add the following: Maximum of 50 Critical rate and 10 Dexterity (Agility) multiple values can be repeated.

    For the capes, it depends on which you prefer. Strike (Cloak of Kingdom Knights) or Evasion (King of the Darkness)

  4. The only problem I could see with a balanced to fix skills like Risk Taker, if wars, people could have a character in the guild they're warring, and just hit themselves till they get the boost, and you spawn with little under 50%, so that's also a factor.
