I've reinstalled the game, and the game will start, but now I can't get into the character select screen, I can't get to the game play now T.T

My game won't start....at all. I turned my firewall and such off, I made sure my internet was connected but still nothing. It worked fine yesterday, so I don't know whats wrong Q^Q -Also please note that I just started Cele Lun yesterday-
