Okay, im going to feel silly, but I finally got my game to start properly, I can select a server, and I can get my log in windows to come up, but the moment I click the login button, it stops responding every time.
This is a problem with Windows. Resulting from an incorrectly installed OS, It will also be affecting some other aspects of the windows operating system (unless you are a power user it is unlikely you would notice the errors)

Zypher is used my pressing F1 to target yourself then using it, most buffs work this way as they are targeted skills

your anti virus has moved the file LUNAClient.exe. Restore this and add as an exception to your anti virus, It will be located under quarantine / virus vault

Check in your Anti-Virus programs Quarantine / Virus vault for LUNAClient.exe if it is there restoring and adding as an exception will fix this problem

You cant dodge all attacks, Almost everything there has an attack that can hit you regardless of evasion

Another name for it is Crafting Powder, Its function is to guarantee a certain type of crafting stat (Vit, Str, Dex, Int, Wis,) these can be anywhere from +1 - +25.
These are not implemented in Celestia Luna so serve no function and is regarded as a trash item. Personally rather than throw it away i would keep it in storage

And thinking about it actually qwertyuiop (would be 1-0) is more awkward to reach for the following reasons, with 1-0 you don't fumble and accidentally press other keys i.e F keys due to there being a space between them and the numbers, this makes it easier to find the keys easier to find without looking or fumbling.
Now qwertyuiop is fully enclosed by other keys and this presents a big problem.

I have windows 7 Home Premium Sp1 ,32 bit Operating System,AMD Procesos 3200+ 1,8 GHz and 1 GB ram memory.So,what i suppose to do?
Judging from these spec's you will be able to run windows 7 pretty smoothly just disable windows aero theme and use "classic" for a giant leap in performance. This would be better than using windows XP as it is now an offically dead OS and no longer supported by Microsoft at all.
It seems like your boot disk has become corrupted.
Additional "fact" as it were AMD 3200+ processor is equal to a 3.2 GHZ Intel Pentium processor

Not quite, The actual meaning of "Dirty" means it has someones name on it either reininforce or enchant.
