This is very true. I have angelic bless in my skill but i never really use it in duel because most people say mean things to me when I use it but I do understand their feelings. I hate losing with long sleep too.
i know that feeling i have angelic touch maxed tranquility maxed and another sleep skill maxed meaning i can sleep lock player forever or until it bugs out and sleep no longer has any effect, use them in a duel and watch players rage

the biggest reason why most players go make vit DOT builds is because its cheap and easy, Int gear is insanely expensive now so expensive in fact that for the past few months/year i now refuse to buy any items

Attaching the rules to the game launcher would have a must better effect, after all how many people actually read the terms and conditions when installing anything. If it were to display the rules every time you start the game then no one could ever say they never saw the rules.

blue and red named items can be reinforced using HQ gems only, white and green can use all.
HC gems work like philo stones and are not used when reinforcing

buy regular gems press S select actions and then select destruct, place the gem you wish to destruct into the slot and it will give you gem pieces, buy purified water (materials merchant alker harbor), go into the construct window and place the gem piece into the window select the option that looks like high quality (this is purified) and click accept, i believe 20 gems = 100 gem pieces

An alternative idea could of been to buy the item from the seller and keep hold of it until the person had enough money, sad to say but TRUST NO ONE SUSPECT EVERYONE.

A great combo is holy justice holy spike holy earth quake holy upper cut then angelic touch if you need a rest and repeat

If it wasn't for holy justice then I would be inclined to agree but that skill omg it's a freaking nuke as soul arbiter

cardinals are best for people new to mages, its kinda hard to make a bad one recommended paths are wiz monk warlock cardinal or wiz sorcerer inq cardinal ( providing you are human of course) these both give you light armor training and some decent buffs, there isn't really a best mage class as each have their own strengths and weaknesses its mostly about picking one that matches your play style. For me Soul Arbiter is the best as i don't like AOE's i like tanking and enjoy massive damage
