I recently just had the same problem. First off, I allowed CL through my firewall. Usually, that would work for most people so try it. If it doesn't (like for me, lol) re-install the game! If re-installing doesn't work. Go into the CL system file, locate a file called " celestiaPatch" and delete. Then click on the game again ^_^ That helped me, woop! Good luck~

Hi hi! I guess I'll introduce myself~ My name is Leticia! I go by Lettuce, Beastly, BeastlyBrains, Beast, or Le... or whatever you want to call me! I'm a 15 year old gal from Canada. I've played a fair share of mmorpg's in my life (mostly Fiesta Online, but since they switched over to a new provider, screw that, yo) and decided to try this out!
