Private donation items are usually 95b-100b. 80b is if they're clean as far as I've seen. I'm not good with other prices so I won't answer the rest. All I will say is pukes haven't been a currency for a long time, so don't bother buying them from the item stores unless you plan to sell them as they are or to enchant your items. Using them as currency has died out.

Kierra spawns 1 time a week on a random channel just like Tarintus.
Fairy Queen has not yet been added.

Tarintus spawns on its own. GMs don't spawn it for anyone.

There are two types of attack speed, there's auto attack speed and general attack speed. You'll learn the difference as you play but as a rule of thumb, buffs are for auto attack speed, and passives from items generally give general attack speed bonuses. The passive sword rapidity gives auto-attack bonus, but I'm not sure about the passive from assassins/blade takers.

No. All racially locked classes are kept in Celestia Luna. As the two above have said, that's why you're unable to become a destroyer.

As far as I'm aware, it already does something like that. It ages up on the day that the resident card was created, not your birthday because how would the game know? It's about as close as you're gonna get to a "birthday."

This is a long shot from happening, as the animations will have to be altered and the sheaths for every sword added. I don't think this will be implemented, but it is a good idea.

It depends on how much pa you're working with. Generally it is considered a multiplier (do NOT quote me on this) for your total output. Therefore the less pa you have, the less you gain from that particular stat. That's why those items are so expensive, because by the time you can afford it, you're probably going to benefit much more from it than if you don't have much pa.

How to earn 100b in this server, any tips?
1. Farm until you have a wife/husband and kids.
2. Buy expensive items and sell them for marginally more. You can make a profit from that.
3. Buy items from the item mall with vote points and sell them.
4. Just private donate, easiest way.
IS IT illegal to use dual window?
No.
Is it hard to lvling after lv 130?
If you have the patience, no. It's actually quite easy. Just repetitive and boring. With1 or 2 30%'s and lots of 100%'s and saving the duration as best as possible, you can get from 130-135 in about a week or more.
why not create another map for lv 140++?It's called the PvP arena.
