I don't think Sword Rapidity actually affects skill casting speed, I think it's only regular attacks. That's probably why. I tested it on my destroyer and the skill speed was the same, but my normal attacks became noticeably faster.

You should not use files from other clients because when the patch hits live you will probably have to reinstall a clean version of our client or download the full installer again in order for it to work.
The patch probably won't even come out this year. I'm using it, and some other people are too. I'm pretty sure we won't need to worry about client updates till next year.

Here's the info on what's going to be in the update. I'm not sure on an ETA for the update, but I'm sure it will be announced when it is close to completion. Last I heard, the update was almost ready for beta testing, this was back around August though.
There's a lot of stuff that's supposed to be added. I don't know if it will be this year, though, I doubt it.

The text in my client is slightly offset to the left, making it fade out for some odd reason. I don't know if there's a way to fix it, if there is I would be glad if you could post it below.

nah , it can't be have shown massive damage . the bambobo , chrismas tree , snowman & rotten board were only taking 1 damage regardless of actual P.A/M.A nor debuff that weaken the object
I meant it in a sense that maybe you could test damage on the dummy instead of on other players.

i was hoping for :
~ bidding
~ owl mail message ( allow to sent or accept gifted items )
~ boss fight event ( accompanied by 10 rank list of highest damage done by powerful players ) . there are 5 phase ( draining that monster's lifebar will restore it's health and moves player to next phase ) . any players on the highest damage list will have better reward
~ training map ( meant for newbie use's or testing skill combos ) : contain a dummy at training ground ( attacking it will only cause 1 damage regardless of ur damage , same goes with shooting range target ) and shooting range target ( do not attack at all ) at archery & musket training area
I'd think the dummy would show you your damage. It would have a massive amount of HP though, maybe 50,000,000 HP would do good, and a high HP recovery rate.

I see 4 countries have there specific sub fora:

Does this mean, there are hardly players from outside of these countries?

Bluntly, yes.
There are little North American, Canadian, European players around, but if you look hard enough, you'll find some. That's not to say the server is dominated by those countries' inhabitants, no. It's just that the game is more popular there than in the countries I listed.

Who hits first is determined both by your reaction time, attack speed, and most importantly, internet connection. If you want to speed up skill casting, use panda gloves as a costume. They give a passive +5% physical attack speed. Sunken Darkness is also good, but is light armor. The best attack speed item I know of is Muramasa, it's only for two handed fighters though, so that's the only limitation. Death Mask/Deadly War Sword gives fighters that equip it Berserker, which also gives Berserker to fighters without it in their skill list.
For mages, I'm not so sure, but refer to Sky's post for those. I do know that Munchkin Gloves add a +5% cast speed if I'm not mistaken.

Try deleting celestiapatch in the game folder. Also there is a thread... multiple threads addressing this same problem.
