1. Im not sure until now about the Highly concentrate enchanted items, because.. i try Hathor STR 31 and Hathor P.atk 19,9 before.. they all do the same damage.. like 95% the same... i try to do Skill called "Sonic Boom" 20 skills each time and they all pretty much the same :) .. so Pretty much
1 P.atk = 1,5 STR
2. Tarintus is on Auto Spawn and Randomized by the Channels.. i never get to hit them hahaha..
3. Highest Philo ?? the maximum philo of strike can be achieved by any chance with your "LUCK" because the Highest Hege Strike i've ever seen is 29 Strike.. and they sell it so damn expensive.. and back to the questions... you said Highest Philo that can be achieved? 50 Strike for each eqiupment since they got 5 lines of maximum philo with 10,0 Strikes each... and most of the people only got like 30-70% of the maximum lines and philo stats ... so ... keep trying :) and who know you will be the one that got that "GOLD"
4. Earn 100b ?? easy ... <just think its easy and dont think its a burden .. 100b need some process and not as easy as you think...
i earn almost 7b a day with my Entrapper within 5-6 hours (NONSTOP) a day with normal Equipment and Rune Masters Buffs... within 10 days i already got 70b :) .. also try to spare your time to go to market.. sometimes people sell something very cheap.. and if you rarely go to market, you probably wont know the price of the items. try both Farming at Markets (Finding cheap items, Buying cheap items)
not good at marketing ?? try to craft Some magical Flame / HQs if you tired of Farming at Nera Harbor :) ..
Take it easy when farming :) .. no need to push yourself to the limit hahaha..
5. It is LEGAL ... as long as you're not abusing any bugs within each character you spawn :) ...

this is also happend to me month ago,
I accidently destroy my ak +12 because of mouse problem,
I was trying to save some space in my bag, while farming in NH. . . RIP AK :( but nvm hehe learn from my mistake
I swear never to buy cheap mouse again!!!

Ask an Administrator about it, they should be able to fix it for you. I can't do anything about it without unbanning their character, and I don't trust them enough to let them back on their character to do that.

1. check your antivirus vault and make sure the antivirus do not block celestia luna files
2. go to your celestia luna file and find celestiapatch
My computer > C > Programe files > Celestia Luna Online Alpha
3. Delete celestiapatch and start the game normally.
4. The patcher will redownload the game update.

I already ask this to GM but still no reply.
Situation:
1. Guild Core, Viralzone, nocomentts, and many more I believe WAR with xSECUREx
2. xSECUREx guild master banned permanent (info that I get from others)
3. xSECUREx guild master name "insafe" (info that I get from others)
4. We want to end the war without losing any Guild Points (800 gp)
5. So what to do?

right click and sell, under 1 mins i finish the whole selling proccess and farm again at NH. . .
farm full bag = under 10 minutes
sell item + loading map = 3 mins

sorry to say this, I played this new server on 2011
played about 6 months and they keep saying, new update, grand update, but NOTHING comes.
so i stop about two years and play again in 2013. . . still NOTHING NEW come. . .
i stop again like 6 month and now i come back. . . .
and still no update for skill (some skills really need to nerf) ... new item (maybe something that imune stun) . . . new map (for lv 140 above). . . NOTHING .. .
NOW the only thing that keep me staying in this game is my new char Destroyer and my guild. . . when he reach lv 120++ maybe i will retired again. . . .
bored = lvling, farming, war, vending, NOTHING NEW!!! :D
well, maybe we should just keep it like this then. . . but i very very very hope that GM can atleast do weekly exp events? every sunday. . .
I am very sure that the server will explode every sunday haha :D

idk much about fighter class but now i am building a destroyer,
i have tm char with 7k p.a but very very hard to win pvp / war because people always cast faster than me... and always 1 hit KO me
when i use foil, they complain, when i use hide the say me cheater. . .
enemy with RI / FB / strike item my eva item totally useless :D
and now i am focusing on my destroyer, at least he can stand 3/4 hit in war / pvp. . . with high dmg of P.A and high HP ....
Sorry out of topics :D for me I will choose VIT Cardinal, aoe stun lock and poison... imba!!!
war tactics = magnus + cardinal = stun lock with cardinal, and the imune damage from magnus :53: and then use BT or Destroyer for finisher!

I have played some mmorpg games online and they also doing this :) and it's work well because new players don't have tanker/hitter to help them leveling. With this anybody can lvling and farming easier and faster ^_^ :41:
THIS INVOLVES 2 ACCOUNTS
Account A (Seller)
Account B (Buyer)
A only need to input what character name in his ID and put it into the website (Char Trading Sections) but this will involve new server to save the data on Celestia Luna right.
*** This will keep the seller ID become private from others.
So my second options --->
A + B doing trading involving PP = after they agreed A only need to type his character name and sell it to B
How it's work?
- Seller + Buyer chat in game and agreed
- Buyer tell the Seller what his ID
- Seller copy the buyer ID
- Seller go to the website and login
- Seller choose the character he want to sell
- Seller input the ID account of buyer and click SEND
- Buyer gets the informations and PP cost from his (Char Trading Sections)
- Buyer bought the Char using PP that he have.
- Done transactions :)
What show up in the buyer page?
- Permium Points Cost
- Character Name
- The character stats
- PK points
- Level
- Class
***But this 2nd option will show the Seller ID to the buyer.
Outcomes:-
- Celestia Luna gets profits from banking
- The seller get profits from PP
- The buyer having fun leveling and his new character

Tarintus normally spawns at Distorted Crack, though the time of it's appearance is random, it can be at any channels. As for the drops :

I don't know much about this one, but I assume, yes, since the best option of leveling at Lv. 130+ is DD.

1. its not that simple, on my paladin char, 1 PA= 9+ physical atk on char panels while 1str=5+
as far as i know it has different effect depends on your class and race.
you have to test it by yourself.
4. to gain 100b -> farm, buy cheap item and sell it more expensive. stay on market to know the price.

Or try to buy LB4th if u have gold to spend, if u're lucky u'll get hegemonic/mirror p.a/gemini/or any expensive stuff from the box.
1pcs LB4th = 160-170m, 2 hour farm in NH u'll get 1b at least (entrap only).. Well, u can buy few LB4th after farm, and try ur luck~
Imagine u spend 1b for LB4th, and u get hege from that box, then u sell it for 6b. Hahaha~
let say i earn 1b from farming, it is equal to 10 times to try our luck on lb4th. . . how many chances do you think we can get that hege 1/10?

humm i think its kinda useless for them to make an exp disable/enable scroll.
you can easily delevel anyway, just raise your PK points abit, you will lost 30%-50%+ exp each time you die. depend on you points though.
+1 for farming ! ;)
