Just curious here, I'm currently playing an Inquirer and am almost lvl 105, although I intend to take Soul Arbiter, I'm not entirely sure which skills should I max first or last, do I ask it here or on the guide section??
Any advice :P?

Duels have no rules unless it is for a PVP Event. However for fixed wars, No foil is usually amongst one of those rules which both guilds agree upon before starting the war. Also, the cast times on Shield Boomerang and Fearful Blow are not nearly as extreme as you describe them to be.
Shield boomerang has a cast time of around 1.6 seconds, while Fearful blow has a cast time of 2.5 seconds.
If you want to use Foil in a duel, use it. No one is stopping you, people may complain but the skill is in the game to be used.
If you want to use foil in a war, participate in open wars which have no set rules.
you sure about that? i never have chance to hit destroyer using boomerang. . . cast too slow!
my connection has no problem, smooth map. . .
i spam my skill and always 2/10 destroyer hit me first

Destroyer use fearful blow lowest cast time (correct me if i'm wrong)kill
TM eva 400 , sheild boomerang longer cast time.
Eva = no use <_<Expensive weapon = no use <_<
Because of = CAN NOT USE FOIL / Stealth SKILLS!!
Solutions = Tell GM to delete foil skills and then change fearful blows cast time to even :D-

Normal day in Celestia Luna, around 8 am (GMT+8) I will got to the marketplace (nera castle CH 3) looking for cheap item.
Too expensive, gemini with good philo 7b above, H.Armor 3-4b, Gardener set 2.3b each pcs, Bwl 3.5b, most of them selling too d*** expensive! But we can nego for a lower price. :30: Try your luck for cheap item around 12pm (GMT+8) the map will be filled with tons of players / seller. Often they will sell great item near NPC Cindamook. NC3 also the best place to catch scammer. most of them selling fake puke, real money, FAKE high concentrated orichalcum, etc. Beware scammer :28: I will be watching YOU!

Hola! new updates from DemonSlayerzKing! Today I am going to talk about Nera Harbor, this is the place where everyone leveling & hunt item. :41: To survive here you need a tanker or high eva character (250 eva at least). I still remember how difficult leveling here without help from others.
And now after almost 2 years of playing this game. I managed to collect items needed for my TM char. And leveling happily without worry. Now I already have 3 char. TM, BT and the latest Destroyer. IGN AmBank. Everything is easier if we had a hitter BT (1 HIT KO).

What is so special with NERA HARBOR?
1. Good for fast leveling / mobing
2. Good drop list, weapon that worth 1-3 millions gold each pcs- 3m each slot x full bags = 100m at least for a rounds
- 5 rounds = 500m under 40 minutes
- WHO SAYS HARD TO EARN GOLDS? :49:
3. Rare item when you take down Wookies boss (G.axe, Rare Saint Tears, Magnum Blade etc)
4. Three hotspot of Wookies spawn.- Boat
- Camp
- Hills
5. Best place to date with your ladies :36:

Just sharing my day in Celestia Luna :) I can't believe my paladin can tank FITW!!! :49: I only lv 111 and have 5.4k pdef and 21k HP
I wonder how much HP this thing have? It takes me 4 minutes to kill him and nothing drops :35:

use strike item on high eva players.
destroyer have the fastest skill 1.3 sec i guess... sheild boomerang 6.7 sec . . . (no very sure)
that's why i always use foil when pvp but they always say " no foil"
what the fk?
1.3 sec - 6.7 sec big different dudes.. even if i have 1millions dmg output ... . but slow cast. .. also no use >.<
GM should makes the cast time even. . . but already 3 years... still no update on the skills..

err.. but he told me that there was a convo about you accusing him of ksing ?? plus you've said it. "all graves are full". Why didnt you try diving on other channels and start a drama on other players as well? and see whats their reaction of you doing it :)

I hit the mobs at front and he "come" to me and put treats(idk what skills name) to the mobs that I was hitting.... and say I KS HIM. . . . who wrong now?

First of all sorry If I'm wrong, the problem is why don't let others lvling (what happen to sharing is caring) ? I already change so many channels but still the Graveyard is full . . . I also want to up level dude. . . it's ok if you don't let me and my friend lvling but why you insult us Malaysian? really? I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY to this kind of people! SO SICK!
