Hello, I hope this threads in a correct sections....
The situation is like this...
I have some cash in my paypal account but the problem is, I can not transfer the cash into mol points... I have tried about 10+ times the same problem appear... see the image below:-
What are the problem? mol point or something wrong with my paypal setting?
Another question: top up mol points using 7eleven still avaible??? I am malaysian player, I need a conformation from malaysian player because I will make a big donations :)

If u want to know average price of the item, u must spend a lot of time in NC 3, see how much other player sell a various item, i always do it, because i dont have any close friend to chat, or you can do what orange said, join guild and make friends with other (join a "high lvl" guild, recomended). But one thing that never change in Luna, when there is Double PP Event, all price dropped for PP item, like BWL around 2.1b, HC around 1b, etc. :42:
I am waiting for pp event :( one question here... pp event works for mobilepay+ ? meaning can I get double pp when using mobilepay+ services?
or it's only for mol points, bank transfer,cherry credits etc...

Yes, you need to cast this while your opponent is casting his/her spell. In duels, use foil at 0. well 0.5 count .5 seconds in your head then press it.
Also, during guild wars, using this spell need precision, used on the right time and target. Good mages have less than 1s to cast an SOJ. It's all about tactics.

Casting foil is a good skill, it can silence your opponent (when the countdown hit Zero, use foil, your opponent can't cast any skill for first four second) :52: If im not mistake, there is no rules said u can't do foil when PvP http://forum.celestialuna.com/index.php?/forum-5/announcement-10-server-and-forum-rules/ i think maybe its unwritten Rules "Dont use casting foil for PvP" :32: . my AR Eva is Useless for PvP without foil, 99% i will lose the duel, you know why? because some fighter have non Miss Skill like Rune Impact for elf fighter, i tried to raise my eva around 400++ but RI still Hit meh :33: .
I always heard this when dueling with other player... can not use stun, can not use silence, can not use freeze... and now can not foil???? what are the purpose of the skills then??? ...
now I know, foil is important for a TM like me to fight non miss enemy, foil+shield boomerang+illusion atk :D

No, you didnt waste it. Whenever you use the skill, think of it as a Canceler, instead of the main effect itself. Meaning, you cast this while your enemy is casting/targeting a spell on you, or on others. Timing is everything when it comes to this skill
oh meaning here, I need to use this skill BEFORE ENEMY FINISHED CASTING HIS SKILL so his skill will be cancled and take cool downs?

A lot of skills are bugged and will be fixed when the update comes out.
As for casting foil, I tested it on myself and even though it says it will prevent an enemy from using magic for 5 seconds (lvl 2 casting foil), it only lasted about a second on my mage. 9 seconds in-game is the same as 9 seconds in real life, the skill itself just seems to be bugged.
Casting Foil works more like a buff than a debuff. You can cast it on any person so long as you are locked on to them which is also another bug that will be fixed. However, casting foil doesn't seem to have an effect on me unless I'm actually dueling against my rune walker (testing it now, my RW does the motion for Foil but nothing happens). Even so, I would avoid using it on someone before a duel as that would be abusing a bug which is against the rules, even if the skill has no effect on that person.
I just wasted my skill point to up foil then? zzzzzzzzz

No we don't have authority over the marketing. This type of subject has been discussed before. That's how economy is and there are no links / threads about item prices as they vary all the time. If I were you, I'd ask your friends about the prices or try doing price check or whatnot. + This sounds more of a rant to me than a question.

Can someone share any links / threads about the ingame item prices?
This is because I feel like the ingame item prices is OVER EXPENSIVE
For example:
1. last 2 weeks I saw someone sell BWL suit for 2.5b, and now they selling it for 2.8b-3b
2. 2 weeks ago Hathor clean only 90m and now they selling it for 200m !!
3. Weapon master last week only around 4-6b and now increased to 8b!!!
4. AK's clean 50m and now they sell it for 200m!!!
5. KOD 800m last week and now increase to 1b++
I don't know if GM have the major authority to control market prices or it's depends 100% to the players ingame... If the prices keep increasing like this, how a new player like me manage to have good gear???

I want to ask about foil skill... I already max the skills at lv 4 ... the problem is, I feel like foil don't have any effect on an enemy... I tried to foil my friend (archranger) in duel, for more than 10 times and she still manage to use skill on me... why is that??
foil can last for 9 sec... but... it's seems like only can last for 3sec...
9sec inside game is different from real world time?
another question, at rules sections... player do not allowed to use foil before duel... why is that?? even without duel the foil skill still can hit the enemy?

1. All these item permenent?
2. Can transfer to another account?
3. Ingame name? (I heard vestige set have different name ingame)

Okay I guess it is not for everybody, some people do make items get seals even though they are from the item mall and legal items, some people do not, like I can sell my costumes and they do not get a seal but Present's same items do. We will have to look into it
if it's an item that you know we do not sell in the item mall permanent or is from an event like pineapple helms that don't have a timer but do have a seal those are ok items, but if it's like a witches bonnet without a timer but with a seal that is duped, because we do not sell permanent witch bonnets. if you are curious about an item you can always ask here
I want to ask, is panda gloves & boots duped? there is time 90days... but its never goes down like 38days..37days...36days...35days....
another question, yesterday I saw someone selling bachelor hat with seal and 30days timer... 200pp can only last 30days? I thought barchelor are permenent

Cant see the Login box after i select server..
its nothing to do with ram/graphic card... it's about the antivirus deleted some files inside celestia luna folder...
1. u need to uninstall the celestia luna
2. delete celestia luna file inside local (c:) -> program files -> search for "Celestia Luna Online Alpha"
3. restart your pc/laptop
4. deactivate ur antivirus and install celestia luna again.
5. DO NOT UPDATE PATCH FIRST
6. now go to ur antivirus and search "resident shield" and then "manage exceptions" ... search for celestia luna folder...see the image below:-
7. now run celestia luna.... good luck :)
