destroyer have a lot of skill to focus.. which heavy weapon accuracy is not very important skill, if you want to save sp you may learn it if you max already all your important passive and active skill.. (heavy weapon accuracy max lvl10 +15strike)
it is for me because I'm always missing xD

would it be fine to learn Rapid Arrow (lvl 20) and maybe learn the skill Slack (lvl1) or is that useless?

You mean visible it does, but for human only, elf' hair will always look like that when use bonnet
um but only elves can use the salon coupon to get the pony tail, so my question is still unanswered >.>

SO I have the Chibi Goth Bonnet for my elf o:
and my Elf's hair is restyled to a ponytail :o
I see people with the bonnet on and their ponytail still visible.
but idk how to do that uwu

I have but one question, why is Max Heavy-Weapon Accuracy only listed for the destroyer class change when it would actually help for PvE prior to said class change?

I'm in the first map trying to do quests and I'm already level 15 because of the EXP rate. xD Based on what I've read I'd be better off moving on to a map that suits my level, so does that mean grinding>quests?

Elves are support/defensive based characters. From there it depends on your play style. For me personally I have a level 85 elf (Rough>Voyager>Archer>Rune Walker
>Arch Ranger) Even if all you do is level to 75 you'll still have 7 different buffs to use and a small AoE skill. (this is the build I'm using)You could also try making a Paladin. If you aren't looking for copious amounts of damage then Paladin is best played by an elf~ I'm sure you can find some guides if you think you need them because I've seen some around..

would've been better to google: "cupcake png", the internet is full of free transparent png renders of anything. Then you can save and resize it or use an image hosting site that has tools for that such as imgur.com.
And more, just google what I said, pick one:
- right click in google viewer or wherever you see it and select copy image url
- go to imgur.com (don't need to be logged in) click on upload image and the second option is an image that is from another site
- paste the link there and select start upload
- once it's uploaded on the top right of the image info panel you will see "Edit Image" select it
- again on the top right of the image panel you will see the size, select a width or height and type your number (for guild banners it's 300 wide maximum or 150 tall maximum, I typed 150 in the height)
- then click in the other box or wherever on the site so it recalculates the size
- then click the Apply button and then Save
- Now you will see a smaller image, DO NOT copy links from the right side list of links, instead right click this little image and select Copy Image URL again.

Would it be possible to do the following things?
1.) Make other characters HP/MP and Lvl visible. This can be beneficial for DD runs and PvPers.
2.) Enable a system that lets you view another players gear. No one speaks the same language so it isn't just as easy as "asking".
3.) Reduce the CD on the "pit-a-pat" megaphone by 40 seconds (from 120s too 80s). The "pit-a-pat" megaphone doesn't give much room for typing to begin with and the extra time doesn't help.
4.) Take the time extensions off PK mode. Extending the time of PK mode should be up to the player, not the system, as it is the player who initiates it.
5.) Something to do with PK points. No one can view these so it's not for recognition, and there's nothing special to buy with them so really their just sitting there to look pretty. It would be nice if there was a PK point shop with maybe some little things in it like some kind of coupons or costume items.
If you're an Admin or GM keep in mind these are all separate requests and therefore bekon for separate answers.
As for players feel free to comment, make sure it's ToS compliant, and as always just remember:
