It doesn't make pretty much sense to me, Orange said that both your accounts look like they're sold because they changed IP address, and you said that they're getting hacked, why weren't you using the account recovery system to get your two accounts back? How would Orange knows if it was being hacked then? lol

The same thing happened to me, I usually open 3 clients and there must be 1 out of 3 that is disconnected even when nothing's wrong with my connection (noticed it because I play dota too while opening CL clients). Also I bought a new laptop which my accounts stays the same, disconnecting on both laptops.

  6. Hello, yes I've been doing the donation on the Mobiamo payment section too, but the system that charges you has changed, I received the 3 codes but can't enter the codes on the blank space because the screen keeps loading.

     

    Just click "HELP" on the right corner of the Mobiamo payment section, and describe what's happening to you to the customer service.

    anyways, as far as I know, when you don't get your code, you haven't entirely being charged.
