tried window size and lower higher res but nothing seems to work

When ever i talk to any npc the game force closes it self nothing appears i tried reinstall and re download nothing works need help immediately i couldn't talk to any npc to buy or sell things this is ruining my experience.

I am wondering if elf entrapper pathing through ruffian-archer-rune walker-entrapper Is still effective? What stat should i go for on my stats and equipments
