[WHY ? Banned Account]

Why my Account was banned ?

Please tell me why ? i quitted long time ago and then i return my account is banned? why????

PLEASE HELP,

 

 Why im always getting this Crash. Every time i open the Client/Patcher. I already tried to  Re-Install the game. Re Download the patcher and re-install. Restart my PC and still the same error. Please Help
