I'm a newbie CL, and I've been wondering bout somethin'..

My question is "can I upgrade the cash shop items??"

For example, I buy Vestige Of Weathering, as you know it was a necklace and glove, can I upgrade/reinforce 'em?? It is legal or illegal?? coz I don't want to be banned...

it depends on what you will put as reinforcement.. lol.. theres only a certain stones that can be reinforce to them.. not all.. if you want to know whats the exact stones than can be reinforced to them.. here a guide..
