Are these two boss edited on this server?

At first I thought I was unlucky but then as time goes by I think there has been some changes on him.

I tried hunting down Evil Golem for almost a week now but I never had the chance to get TCS or even the helm that has str attribute. I saw someone selling TCS so I'm just a bit curious about it.

and about Salam, is he not implemented on this server? I tried to search for him together with my friends but we never had the chance to meet him xD

salam not spawn here, also some bosses too (fairy queen, wild mantis, mistress)

I don't believe that the evil golem is edited, but they might've kept the original drop rate from Luna Online to make the helm worth more.
