Best melee farmer race and job?

hey you guys, i've been wanting to make a melee farmer.. so can you guys suggest a good race and job path for pvm?like for nera harbor.. can tank yet have a decent enough damage, and some equips that are easy to come by.. coz im not rich in game.. help will be much appreciated.. thank you!

15 minutes = 100m (extortion buffed and good equips).. i tried it.

focus on getting 280+ eva and you don't need high deff.
