No free Reskill from quest... i''ll explain how to get Reskill from GP by voting.. if u have 1 account with lvl 80 or up, can do vote for this account at Celestia Luna web.. the rule for GP vote is : 1 account ID per 1 IP = 1x GP vote per 12 hours = 4 GP/each vote. so every 12 hours u can vote from 1 of ur ID and get 4 GP.. u need to collect 40 GP to buy Reskill.. you cant vote more than 1 ID if less than 12 hours, its gonna be Multi Vote..
