Philos on Belts?

Does any one knw if it is possible to philo a belt?? Ive tried but keeps getting this message sayin I cant philo it.

But every time I check shops in NC ch 3 people have belts that have philos and some of then are from LB there not drops?

So if any one has any information on if belts can be philo or not and if it is possible to get items from LB with philos already one them plz answer with any information,

It does,but i shall answer

If its in the case of belt,as far as i know,you can only "philo" it with High Concentrated (HC) Stones

Works like the philo stones,but you can also use it on belts

you can philo belts and accessories using highly concentrated gems. You can get moving speed, strike, magic attack and physical attack. any philo not included on this list is hack.

you can buy the "philo stone" at item shop. 15pp or 35pp. ingame, it's often referred to as HC. So when u see shout "HC ori, HC moon" its to philo the belts. or accessories.
