ebito Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 u got hacked not the server... so its not their responsibility... people that got hacked usually the one that stupid enough to share their id or even stupider to open those scam web or worst leaving their id logon when leaving an internet shop or this one is funny lending some unknown guy ur item and that gus disapear... dont deny this u must be doing 1 of this thing so ur id got hacked... Example : Giving someone your account ID, even if it is Just the ID is giving a "hacker" one half the solution to get into your account and take what they will. Further solution is having a "friend" use your account and take something, it is then out of their hands and are not responsible. "Celestia Games Staff will no longer investigate cases of stolen accounts. Here are the reasons why an account is usually stolen, and why it's not our place to step in: You've shared your account with someone. ( Breaking Account Trading Rules ) You've applied at Fordeon or Weebly or some other Scam site. ( Breaking Unfair Advantage Rules, Account Trading and Common Sense ) Someone has guessed your password. ( This means you've TOLD them your username, and your password was easy to guess ) Someone has guessed your username and password. ( For someone to guess both, means you must have a super easy to guess username/password ) Celestia Games is not responsible in any of these cases. The ONLY case in which Celestia Games should be held accountable, is when Luna's Database has been accessed illegally, which is an unlikely scenario. All other cases will be ignored, and threads deleted." Please remember this is a private server, the game masters are not paid to develop intricate anti-hacking solutions to prevent this and thus advocate not to share your accounts or info with anyone. So I'm sorry but your items wont be returned to you with the unlikely exception that it was an internal error that caused it, which you already stated it was not.
