lets start...
its possible to obtain higher level pet gear (armor, shield etc) than the ones from the NPC in nera castle?
is there a way to upgrade pet gear?
wich skills from pet can be stacked? for example zephyr if you get 6 of them the effects from skill will be higher than just 1 lone skill cause ive seen some skills doesnt work this way so ill like to know wich does and wich doesnt

No, no, and no.

 

Zephyr from pet stacks with regular rogue zephyr. Same for fighters heart. And the other buffs.

I dont think there are other armors aside from the ones that can be bought at nera village. But you can buy costumes from the item mall. :D
