When I insert all my debit card information, everything seems to go smoothly until I press "Pay Now" and then I am directed to a page that says, "Sorry--your last action could not be completed". This has occurred over and over again for the past week. I've tried more times than I can count and I have waited hours upon hours and nothing. I'm not sure what's going on? Also, when Luna redirects me to the PayPal page, there are always these warnings that say, "The merchant requires you to provide a confirmed address for delivery. To confirm your address, please link a card associated with that address." and "The seller will only ship to confirmed addresses. To complete this transaction, you will need to enter your information again." I checked my PayPal account and the card which I have entered does in fact have a confirmed address. So that has nothing to do with it, yet I still get the warning? Not sure if the warnings shows up regardless of a confirmed address or not, but I just wanted to put that out there. Moderator Gary McNabb Posted September 24, 2013 Moderator Share Posted September 24, 2013 If trying a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) doesn't work, you'll need to contact payment, they're the company that handles all our transactions. If they can't solve the issue, try contacting Paypal and see if they can help. Unfortunately there is not much we can do on our side, the system that deals with cash transactions was written and maintained by either payment or Payal.
