Battle Shout And Battle Cry

What are people's thoughts about Destroyer's Battle Shout and Battle Cry skills?

 

Both skills reduce the target's PDEF, so they sound pretty useful. However, all of the Destroyer guides that I've read don't include Battle Shout or Battle Cry.

 

Are these bugged skills or is there another reason?

From experience, I'd take it only if I were 145+, since destroyers have insane damage already, the extra SP is not worth it at lower levels. You could take it, but what would you use it for? The difference is negligible.

yeah zohor right,, you dont need both of them,, cuz if you use debuff, you will die first XD
