0 Garee Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 edited for name. it's -rune carving ingot- ... when you go to NH .. there are drops like a black-silver ball called -rune carving ore-. collect them all, and join 'em with perium ingot. 3:1 (3 ore + 1 perium ingot = 1 rune carving ingot). with 70% chance only. so make it 10 by 10 for safety.
