There is no way to check, it's pretty much your job to keep track of that.

As far as I know, KSing doesn't provide a permanent ban. If they don't read the rules, that's their fault, and that temporary ban can be part of the punishment. You can't expect everyone else to play rescue just because you don't bother to read them. Common sense. And another thing, if someone is being KSed, chances are they were there first. Why should they have to back down and leave? No, just follow the rules and respect other players, I don't see what's so hard about that.

Phalanx. If you go Gladiator, you're not going to have hardly any skills that you can use for dual wielding.

Depends on whether you want to dual wield or not, I think. If so, do the second path. And if you wanna do 2h, do the first path. Gladiator would help a lot as a 2h SM with all of it's 2h skills and crit rate bonus you get from it. Phalanx has a lot of skills that would help as an SM, dual wielding and such.

Such a good heart <3 I think it could be good though. I know it's not nice of everyone to ask for more, but if they don't bring new things, people are eventually going to want to leave, whether it be a fast or slow process. This could help keep the player-base happy, as well as get everyone that exp they missed from downtime. If possible, I think they should do it, but only when they have means to do so.

Yes, as long as it's a 1-handed, you should be able to. Although I'm not sure why you want to, mixing it up would take away the bonus you could get from concentrating on one
