Maybe they equal for me.. Both can be better in different aspect.
BT has a higher level of dual wield.. so BT can have a better evasion and better criticals
For example
a level 132 BT and TM..
both have 1000based critical and 200 eva
if a TM can only maxed its dual wield expertie by a lvl of 5..
1000-310= 690
200-30=170
and a BT with lvl 10 dual wield expertise
1000--135=865
200-5=195
The difference between critical is 185, still better with a level 8 whispering wind..
and you also are thinking that TM have better critical damage because of critical damage because of whispering fire?
TM can only have a level 6 zephyr compare to a level 8 of BT
and we all know that dex adds critical damage..
so I think the critical damage comparison between the two is not too high..
Critical rating=BT>TM
EVA=BT>TM
Critical damage=BT<TM
P.a=BT>TM
Buffs=BT<TM
