Update your video card driver and or your directx.. But usually, D3DDevice error happens when your video card driver is outdated. If you just updated your video card, try to rollback to the previous version because on a rare occasion some games aren't compatible with the newer version..

first you must upload the pic to an image hosting service such as photobucket, etc, etc.. Then, usually, the site will provide you with something like IMG code or html code or your pic, choose the IMG code, copy and paste it on your siggy sect..
